Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Avia Torrent (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

Description of the App

Avia Torrent is an iOS-exclusive application that enables users to manually track flights, store boarding passes, browse local airport reviews, and view offline statistics and insights.

Eligibility

The App is designed for Apple iOS devices. Some features may require specific iOS versions or device capabilities.

User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate information when adding flights or reviews.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and data.
• You agree not to misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or interfere with its operation.
• Content you store in the App remains your responsibility.

Intellectual Property

The App, its design, and content (excluding user-provided content) are owned by the App’s developer and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Limitations of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless otherwise required by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
