Avia Torrent (the “App”) is an iOS-exclusive mobile application designed to help you track flights, store boarding passes, and explore airport information — all locally on your device. We are committed to protecting your privacy and keeping your data secure.

Data Collection Scope

  • Flight Information (Local Only): Flights you add are stored locally on your device and are not uploaded to any server.
  • Boarding Pass Vault: Boarding passes (including QR images) are saved locally on your device for offline access.
  • Airport Reviews: Reviews and ratings are stored in a local database within the App.
  • No Cloud Sync: The App does not provide cloud backup or synchronization.
  • No Third‑Party Analytics: We do not use analytics SDKs or tracking technologies.

iOS Permissions

The App may request limited iOS permissions solely to provide core functionality:

  • Camera/Photos: To add or scan boarding passes if you choose to do so.
  • Local Notifications: Optional reminders for upcoming flights if enabled by you.
  • Network Access: For optional content updates that never include your personal data.

Security

Data is stored using iOS-provided secure storage where applicable. You are responsible for device-level security such as passcode and Face ID.

User Rights

  • Access & Export: You may export your locally stored data using the App’s export features if provided.
  • Deletion: You can delete your data within the App or by uninstalling the App from your device.
  • Consent: Some features are optional and require your explicit permission.

Children’s Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product or legal changes. Updates will be posted within the App or on this website.
